have stayed here twice now in the last few week and thought it was brill staff are lovely people rooms are immaculate and breakfast was to die for , just hoping we can get booked in again this month .
This family run concern is a budget hotel in a good location. The beds are extremely comfortable and although the rooms are small they are adequate for a base. The cleanliness of the hotel makes up for it's tiredness. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb and eating with a sea view is a bonus. The down side is the outside steps. They feel quite scary and could do with another handrail and a bit of brickwork. All in all an enjoyable stay for myself, partner and two grandchildren.
Great service, room was a little small, so the loo was a bit too close to the bed, but for a nights stay can't complain. Breakfast was good too
A warm welcome for our birthday group of 9. We were able to be in bedrooms next to each other, both rooms in good condition with working facilities. The service was great, we were given all the info needed to have some memorable nights out and enjoyed having a drink in the bar and pool room. Breakfast service was flexible and delicious! Would highly recommend, well priced and well located :)
we had our return visit this year!! the people who run this hotel are sooo friendly it is a family run business and they are always happy to help you with whatever you need. friendly and polite. we went last year having tried several hotels before in blackpool and am now pleased we need to look no further . meal times are good and fexible and the food is really nice. rooms are clean and beds comfy so all in all worth a visit you wont be disappointed.
Not great but not bad. Parking is severely limited and you're reliant on street parking if there's none available. Room is in an OK state, but it's to be expected since it seems they focus on Stag and Hen nights!
I would thoroughly recommend The Queensgate. The rooms were very clean with really friendly staff. I took a group of 11 on a party weekend and found them amazingly accommodating. So much so, we actually spent our last night there in the bar rather than go back into town. Paul is an asset to their team, made our last night hilarious. I will definitely be staying there again.
Run by very nice and helpful people who couldn't be more accommodating as we needed medical services as my elderly parents had both fallen over. Room was overlooking sea with lovely fresh bed linen. Breakfast was faultless. Would stay again no hesitation. Thank you.
